Caring For My Smile Led to Caring for Others

It all began at an early age … As a teenager in Edmonton, I loved taking care of my smile – and that also meant I loved my hygienist! I naturally gravitated toward dentistry and decided I wanted to become a hygienist. After finishing hygiene school, I chose to continue learning – hence the reason why I went on to get my Doctor of Dental Surgery degree.

In total, I have more than 30 years of experience helping people like you improve their oral health habits and achieve an outstanding smile. It gives me great satisfaction when you feel good about your teeth and notice a positive difference in your daily life. When you hop in the dentist’s chair, you will receive gentle care and be treated just like family. As a dentist, I value positive relationships with my patients and team – because every day at MAK Dental is much better when you’re smiling!

Some of favourite treatments address TMJ pain management, aesthetic and bite issues, dental implants, and root canal therapy.

Finally, … I’m a lifelong learner who is addicted to taking new classes. My interests – outside of dentistry – include art, history, politics, sports, food, and design. The list really is endless!

What are your interests? How do you spend your downtime? Let me know on your next visit to MAK Dental.
